One more fun thing...
I thought this was fun. No matter which pictures I use of us, it was always really close. I guess Judson is just a good mix.

Google Reader
Ok, I don't know how many of you have ever discovered GoogleReader but if you haven't you must!!! All I do with it is keep a list of all the blogs I enjoy checking into. It shows me when new posts have been added. It is the greatest thing ever. I love, love, love it!! I don't have to click into each blog and see if there is something new it tells me if there is something new in a tidy little list. Any time saving device is greatly appreciated in my world. So take a look at GoogleReader and you may fall in love with it too.

Farr Family update for February
I just wanted to take a minute and post an update of our little family. It's already February, and I can't believe it. At the end of this month Judson will be 6 months old. That is a half of a year!! Crazy!! I'll update more on Judson later.
Darren started a new job 2 weeks ago. He enjoyed his time at Zions Bank, but it was definately time to move on. He now works for Fidelity investments as a Finacial Service Representative. Fidelity is a wonderful company and there are a ton of opportunities for Darren to advance and grow in his carreer. It is a switch from the world of IT to the world of Finance, but Darren is excited for the challenge. He is in training for the first 4 weeks. After that he will work four 10-hour shifts a week. He'll be working from noon-11 downtown until June-ish when he'll switch to their new location in American Fork. It's nice because living in Sandy we're about equal distance from Downtown and American Fork. Darren enjoys riding the train into work everyday right now and will miss that convenience once he'll have to go to American Fork.
I am currently working part-time at Harman Music Group in the finance department. I am mananging all the international distributor accounts. It's an interesting job and very different from what I did before I had Judson. It keeps me busy for the 20 hours a week from the office plus a little of work from home. I love learning new things and this position is affording me that opportunity. My mom is kind enough to watch Judson for us. We are so grateful for her. The days off I enjoy my time with Judson watching him grow and change each day.
Judson is such a little cutie. Right now his favorite things are playing with his snail-looking rattle, being tossed up in the air and being tickled. He almost always has a smile on his face and he is discovering that he loves his voice and likes it loud. At night he is often just sitting and talking as loud as he can. I figure he's deleriously tired and this brings out the chatting as well as the laughing. He's silly at night. He may just be telling me and Darren about his day, though. Either way, it's cute. He used to know how to roll over, but has forgotten about that. He spends time on his tummy and enjoys it because he can lift his head and look around. I'm sure he won't be spending much more time in the still position. He'll be rolling around before we know it and crawling soon after. His personality shows itself more and more each day. He's very patient with his parents who really have no idea what they're doing. I'm just grateful that no matter how unsure I feel I can look at that baby and he'll smile at me and I'll know that it's all ok.
After Judson's scary start to life he's been just fine. He is healthy as can be and even made it through his first cold with little discomfort to him and us. My health is good as well. I did have a cold aroung Christmas time, but it passed and I'm still pneumonia free. That is my concern everytime I cough. I'm always afraid that the pneumonia will come back, but so far, so good. We are a happy little family looking forward to this year. It will be fun and full of change!! Fun change though. That's the best kind!!
