This past week we lost something very dear to all of us. It was probably most special to Judson, but Darren and I were very attached also. It makes me very sad to say goodbye to Judson's Elmo hat, but we lost it at Target on Friday. We are sad to see Elmo go. It's been great having him around. Judson would never wear a hat before Elmo came along. After wearing Elmo for the first time, Judson would ask for the hat every time we went out. Elmo will be missed. Good thing the cold weather is now gone. But just to pay a special tribute, here are some pics of Judson in his favorite Elmo Hat... (it's the best $3 I've ever spent)

So sad. It's the cutest little hat. You need to stop by Target and see if it's been turned in to lost and found otherwise it will go in the garbage. I feel bad because I was part of the reason it got lost.
They will probably just find it and try to sell it. That hat was so cute on him.
We did stop by the Target and unfortunately they did not have it at their lost and found. I think Ginger is right. They will just try to sell it. Maybe we should look at the clearance bin.
That is so sad. I know he loved that hat. My thoughts are with you and the lost hat.
Oh, how SAD is that??? He looks so adorable in that hat!!! I'm so sad. Seriously. I wish someone would have turned it in. But no. Now it is probably being worn by some other child out there whose mother thought the "steal" was worthy of her child, and is now making it's debut on her blog....
It is a good thing winter is over...maybe you can find a cute Elmo baseball hat!
