It's so exciting. The owner gave a counter-offer and we accepted it. We are under contract now and set to close May 26th. Here are more pictures of the house. It's still being worked on, so we'll post the after pictures when they're all done.

How fun! I love that dark tile that they are putting on the counter top. That is so nice that it is already open down to the living room. Now you won't have to do the demo that Heather and Tyler just did. I am so excited for you guys.

WOO HOO! That's great. My sister's old house had a very similar floor plan. I love that green grass. Looks great. Now you guys can be busy with homeowner responsibilities. My brother said you are not in his ward, but you are in his stake. I can't wait to see it in person. Love it.
